AOPI has improved and DG has gone done so they have sort of switched places. But I would call them about equal.

The rankings in 1992 would have been
Alpha Phi
Delta Gamma
Tri Delta
SIgma Kappa
Delta Zetta
Alpha Omicron PI
Looks like things remain somewhat the same. We always went after the DG's....never went after the hottest girl in the room, you go for the second hottest. Words to live by.....Phi Alpha

doubt it . my dad went here during that time and was in sigma chi and he gives a very different report than you. don't think your ranking is correct.

worth a comment.
Pan Hel Truth is Alpha and Delta Zeta Have been top houses at CSULB for the last 50 years.
Delta Gamma was near top until 2000
Tri Delt was bottom along with Gamma Phi until Sigma Kappa came along in the late 80's
Then Gamma Phi spring rushed some great girls and got steam that led them to now.
Guys. Truth Sigma Chi was top along with SAE for years.
Later Pike came in 80's they took over. In 90's Sigma Chi and Pike closed and others came to campus. Frats rise and fall fast at this campus. Truth is when ego's take over the house will fold. Cycle repeats.
