What's considered the top tier/ middle/ bottom tier frats on campus ?

Just look at who they talk to.
In no real order

Top
SAE SigPi PhiTau Thetachi Pikapp- most sororitys but also alpha phi and gamma phi

Mid
DX Zbt Pike KappSig -they hang out with some mix of tridelt DG Dz and sigkap

Bot
Fiji tke EX Phipsi- mostly aopi

Kappa Sig
Pi Kappa Phi
Theta Chi
Sig Pi
SAE

Phi Tau
PIKE
Delta Chi

ZBT
Fiji
Phi Psi
TKE
Sigma Chi

Not going to throw any houses under the bus, but it's evident that some top houses are declining, and some middle tier houses are rising up. That being said, all the houses should step up their game this spring semester.

Sig chi is definitely middle tier, sae middle tier, phi tau middle, kappa sig top tier

Here's my perspective, also in no particular order.


Top Tier:

Sig Pi, SAE, PIKE, KapSig

Mid Tier:

Phi Tau, Theta Chi, PiKapp

Bottom Tier:

Everyone else

Anything else is naah
