Top houses socially are Kap Sig, SAE, and Sig Pi. Kap Sig can be known to be fratty but d-bags. SAE is a joke because they are always almost being kicked off and their "actives" are questionable. Sig Pi is pretty well-rounded and competitive especially athletically. Next up would be Pi Kap (Phi). Their house has grown exponentially lately but they have their share of weirdos. Phi Tau, Theta Chi, and Delta Chi pretty much duke it out in the middle tier. Phi Tau is a bunch of pushovers though. A lot of the guys from Theta Chi are chill and they seem well rounded. They've been getting a lot better in the last year with good pledge classes, philanthropies, and social events. They're moving up the ladder at this rate. Delta Chi is pretty well rounded as well and has plenty of chill guys. ZBT would be next up and they're working hard to improve, a lot of the guys are cool but the rest are pretty big goobers. Pike, Fiji, and Phi Psi are at the lower end. Pike tries hard to be cool but yeah...they're Pike. Fiji you don't see much of and Phi Psi even less. Not sure if I'm forgetting anyone? But yeah, this is my observation of the Greek community here so far.

SAE is not a house I would recommend pledging.
