Can someone do a run down of the top 3 frats here?

1. Sig Pi- fun, can throw a good party. can be douchy at times
2. Pi kap Tau- also can be very douchy but very active and involved in events at school
3. Kap sig- needs to be more selective with who they give bids out to but still considered top 3 because they are well liked throughout the greek community
