The answer is yes and no.

They will let about 10% of the pledge class be juniors. So if there are going to be 50 girls, five of them will be upperclassman.

At CSULB, there are usually a lot of juniors going through rush, so it can be a little tougher for juniors, but not impossible.
However, almost all juniors to get a placement and there really are a lot of good houses at CSULB.

that answer is good, but I think it is actually 20% they will allow. Go through recruitment if you are junior. You really will find a house you like.

honestly a lot of junior transfers go to this school. It might be a little harder, but not much. Don't be afraid to go through. All the sororities accept them.

a couple of sororities have bean counters that want a lot of freshman around so they can keep their numbers bigger. But really, if a house likes you, then they will take you.

They are a lot of juniors going through rush at Long Beach State. Way more than 20% and Alpha Phi will only let 20% of their pledge class be juniors. Honestly, it is hard for juniors to get into Alpha Phi.
