who will grab the number one spot in fall 2014?

So it really is a toss up at this point as to who will be the top house come this fall.
The obvious choices are : Alpha Phi, Gamma Phi Beta, and Delta Zeta.
Or will the dark horse, Delta Delta Delta, come along and grab the spot?
Alpha Phi: Has been the solid all around fun, but not over the top, house for a long time. Mostly good looking. They have a descent sisterhood, with some drama (but not too much), not super class, but not too skancky. Overall, a solid contender that is well liked in recruitment.
Gamma Phi: Seems to work the fraternity scene and is usually a crowd favorite. Your fun, outgoing, party girls. They lack a classy collective vibe, and seem to be losing steam a little, but I would never count them out. They could pull out top house.
Delta Zeta: Very solid sorority with no shortage of good looking, put together girls. They have always done really well in recruitment, but aren't super focused on it. They have an academic collective vibe, and some people think they are a bit aloof. Will that hurt them or help them in the Fall?
Delta Delta Delta : Definitely more under the radar than the other Big 3 houses. But they could come out of the woodwork and shine. They are quietly gaining steam, and have some really solid members and seem to have a strong sisterhood.
Any thoughts? Any votes? Any predictions?

A Phi and DZ STOP! You are ridiculous, post all you want about being a top house to make yourselves look better. YOU ARE MIDDLE TIER. Top in no order easily goes to G Phi, DG and DDD. The rest of us are laughing at you..

I think that it will be a really close race this fall between dz, aphi, dg, and gphi. All these houses have been known to do the best in recruitment. But what all girls who are interested in rushing need to remember is that every house is different and has something great to offer. Tridelta is very underrated in my opinion, they are a wonderful group of girls. Sk and aopi also have really sweet girls. Just don't take this website so seriously, when you rush always go with your gut feeling when choosing houses.

DG and GPhi are top houses. A Phi and DZ try so hard and come on here posting over and over trying to make it look like they are top houses. They are middle tier. And Tri Delt is also middle tier. That's what makes this site so amusing, you can't get the truth because the middle and bottom tier houses flood this with comments. Just go with your gut.

A phi is popular with frats for ovi reasons
DZ has won pres cup for last five years, smart
GPhi Beta has normal girls but they get help from Ca st Fullerton
DG sends in pros that have graduated USC, hide chubbers
It's no surprise those houses loose girls each year after bid day cuz they have been lies too
Rest have really not learned the program

I would not even consider pledging a house that constantly tries to build themselves up by putting down the better houses. What you see if what you get, if you want girls who aren't fake, go with G Phi, DG, DDD, SK or AOPi. G Phi, DG and DDD have fun houses with great girls who excel at so many different things. Sigma Kappa and AOPi, have amazing girls too so don't write them off.

Alpha Phi = will stay the same as one of the top two sororities.
AOPI = will go up a little and may start to move into the middle tier, but will still be bottom three
Gamma Phi Beta = will go down a lot but will still be number three or four
Delta Delta Delta = will go up a lot and start to edge into Gamma Phi. Will land at number 3 or 4
Delta Gamma = will continue to struggle and go down a little. Will land at number 6 right above SK.
Delta Zeta = will stay the same as one of the top 2 sororities. Will be tied with Alpha Phi, but draw in a very different crowd than them
Sigma Kappa = will stay the same and will be bottom two with DG.
Those are my predictions and most people would agree.

why would you say DZ isn't a a top tp house? they are really good. not as hot as Alpha Phi or GphiB but pretty good.

Has anyone forgotten there are only 7 houses at this school. So this is really pointless.
Facts.
DZ has been a top house for generations, their house by far has the best location and is the nicest. They have won pres cup for years and years. They have cute girls who have it going on. They put on the best and funniest philanthropy Turtle bowl.
DG has a big house on a busy street so no a fan. Great Monday dinners, dues are high so it limits the girls they get. They have been a strong house but have struggled in last few years. It hurts them when members from other schools help them at recruitment because they dont keep the all the girls they get. They whole sailor thing is kinda lame but the alums seem to push it. Yuck.
SK is the newest of the 7 houses. Their house is soooo far from campus but nice. They have some nice girls. They just kinda are under the radar. Good things could happen if they focus.
AP has a small house vey hot in rush, good location. People say their alum pick the girls, and it is based on looks. Not grades. So yes there is some pretty girls, sisterhood is always a concern. Many girls not getting along. They have a huge Heart ball and raise the most money very impressive. Fun at parties but some are a bit crazy wild. Def not top house. They seem to self rank a lot.
GPB nice big house on a busy street. These girls have really changed things around. They had pro rushers come in to help for many years and turned their chubby reputation around.

GPB- nice girls with attention to detail. They support most house events. Don't think they are falling. Solid top- middle house.
AOP- big house that is just odd. The rooms don't make sence an it hurts them in rush. These girls need an A for effort. They support others very nice. Participation is great thet go to things sweet girls but they have no focus. Not too many lookers and that hurts them in exchanges. Great sisterhood.
DDD - nice house big and wel kept. Nice national rep. Involved on campus. Sorry to say but this house is more concerned with pan hel offices then their own reputation. I had the pleasure of sitting in front of some of these girls at Greek awards and they talked smack on every house!!!! Soo to be blunt they are far from a top house. Everyone knows a lady never gossips, golden rule.
