big/little break up?

can i break up with my big? she already had a little when i decided to join and her and i had a BLAST during rush and she even picked me to be her littlest little! i was SOOOO happy! they were the sorority i wanted most and she was the young lady i was dying to have as my big and i did! but recently she's been ignoring me and telling me she needs her space and that i need to back off a bit, she only says hi to me at events and meetings and then spends the rest of the night either with her other little or other girls. i don't know what to do. i feel like a loner, the only girl who doesn't "have" a big. i thought i was supposed to make lifelong sisters and have fun and grow up into a young women but i don't feel like my big is there for me, supports me, or takes my best interest to heart. can i get a new big? i even feel like leaving the sorority and joining a new one
