Can someone give me an honest opinion of the top three fraternities? I don't care about which is better than the other, I just want to know what each house is like. Thanks.

I would say Phi Tau, Kap Sig, and Pi Kapp are 3 really solid fraternities that are generally well liked throughout the greek system as a whole.

kap sig, theta chi, sig pi, and sae are the oldest fraternities at csulb. They all have well-established histories, traditions, and alumni. I would start there for rush week and see what house is the best fit for you
