When my Fraternity now has an extensive record of race based scandals in the last decade due to the "quality" of members we seek, then no we are not doing "really well at recruitment."
The IEB needs to be replaced with leadership which will reflect our Founders' values and not the ongoing of "hot girls."

New story up on Reddit about another Alpha Phi chapter who tried to go against the IEB's recruitment policy and found themselves in trouble. The chapters really have little say in who they want as sisters eve since appearance became the priority. This is why we need remove the entire IEB and take back our Fraternity.

this is legit information that has been confirmed on countless occasions like you can find all the documents online lol. it is just disgusting how little they respect women and i would think twice going into pref.
