For new members

Just a message to all my new members. If you are unhappy with the house you got and are considering dropping here is my advice. The organization that chose you saw your value, worth, and the amazing qualities you have. I would not personally recommend for you to drop this house in the hopes of trying the recruitment process again next year. Take a moment to ask yourself why you decided to go through recruitment in the first place. It's the other chapter's loss and there is plenty of room for every woman to thrive within each chapter. The idea of top houses and rankings are arbitrary and elitist. I promise the girls from your chapter will love you and make your college experience 1000x times better. At the end of the day, it is a negative outlook that will prevent you from seeing all the positives about your new home.
