The remodeling that the Gamma Phi Alumni did to their
house is outstanding. Changed entire look of the house.
I think that it is the best and their Alumni Housing
Board did such an excellent job in the design an overall
improvement to the house. All of the houses are
well kept and maintained. Each sorority can be proud
of their house.

Most of the current CSULB sorority houses were former apartment buildings built in the 1930's and later remodeled in the 1970s. Alpha Phi, Delta Zeta and Sigma Kappa are exceptions because they were single family homes that were either gifted or bought by their local housing groups. Delta Gamma also bought the little bungalow that was next to their house to hold chapter meetings/events inside. Zeta Tau Alpha is currently in Sigma Alpha Epsilon's old house before they left.
Gamma Phi Beta and Delta Gamma recently did extensive renovation work to their houses: new kitchen(s), bathrooms, exterior work etc..and upgrading/repairing their older structures to bring them up to code. However if I had to choose the prettiest exterior and location it would be Delta Zeta.

Alpha phi’s house is cute, but is so tiny. They have a big backyard at least
