sigma chi bottom house no cap

These guys are definitely on the bottom of the totem pole hahaha, you guys seen their new non masculine pledge class??? Surprised some of them got bids. I thought they were a fraternity, not a club where anyone can just get in hahaha

It is very difficult to be a viable fraternity chapter
with out the recognition by the school. It can be done
but sororities are told not to socialize with non-
recognized chapters.
