recruitment advice for potential new members

Potential New Members: You have to trust the process and make your own decision on the sororities that you want to join. Don’t focus on tier status or where your friends are going. The sorority that may be for someone else may not be for you. Make sure you stand for what you are joining. Ask yourself 2 questions. Do you see yourself fitting in with a particular sisterhood? Do you feel you’ll gain a great experience out of it? Go with what’s the best fit for you and what organization you’ll be compatiable with.
