Why are the fraternities here at Long Beach not the stereotypical buff frat guy?

Real college fraternities are not like the Greek life stereotypes shown in movies . You’ll have some that fit the stereotypes and other who don’t.

Each chapter has their own buff guys. Literally just go to the rec center anytime of the week especially the weekends and I guarantee you you’ll see a buff frat guy from each fraternity wearing his letters
