rankings based off underclassmen (fall 18)

Potentials, I highly suggest rushing these fraternities that are set for the future due to an influx of young underclassmen that are recently initiated into the chapter. Don’t go based off what the others say because most of those fraternities’ older guys are leaving soon. So here are some of the fraternities with bright futures
Top underclassmen: Pi Kapp, Sig Pi, Theta Chi, Kappa Sigma, and possibly Dchi.
You’ll be able to vibe with these guys more since they are in your age group and are soon going to be running their chapters

The list is also not in order and also forgot to mention Pike, but watch, in only a matter of time these are the only houses that are going to be relevant, hate to say it but the reason why Phi Tau isn’t up there is because they’ve rushed ZBT, PHI PSI type guys which won’t benefit them in the future. Want to have a good future? Actually recruit decent looking members.
