cultural sororities vs npc sororities

What are the cultural sororities like here? I’m a transfer student from a community college and want to know if rushing a cultural sorority is better for me or if I should go through recruitment and just rush a Panhellenic sorority? What are the differences between them and what is the rush process like for Panhellenc sororities?

If you’re willing to put up with the disgusting hazing cultural sororities conduct then go for it e.g: body shaming, addressing members by a certain name, pointless scavenger hunts, physical strenuous exercise. The list goes on. I personally hate cultural because they’re really just for partying unlike a Panhellenic where you have a variety of networking opportunities with sisters nationwide
