are open university students allowed to join frats ?

If I plan to be degree seeking for fall and taking 9 units this semester ?

I don't think open university students are allowed to join an Panhellenic conference sorority or an ifc fraternity. You can always call the student life and development office and ask them.

I think they allow international students to join .

I'd say try if possible. I know foreign exchange students and graduate students are allowed
