Frats that have the best parties are Pi Kappa Phi, Kappa Sigma, Sigma Chi, and Pi Kappa Alpha. I’m writing this post because many potential rushers keep asking me who has the best parties. Hopefully this will give a good insight from a sorority girls’ perspective
