philanthropy

Does anyone actually give money to their philanthropy or does it got back into the chapters pocket. I know they claim it goes to charity but is the chairty really just their chapter?

I heard that the money raised in Sig Pi's pageant goes to their booze fund

For real though that's most frats. They give a little but most of it get recycled back into the frat. This is most frats not all

I know the sororities do. Not sure about the fraternities.

Sororities usually have a national philanthropy that they'll donate time to and raise money for a specific cause.

Isn't the foundation in the sororities name though? Isn't it a the foundation of XYZ sorority. So is the foundation for help recalling just helping themselves?
