Did recruitment last year my whole group loved dz but I didn’t get a bid so went through it again this year ! I don’t know what happened but this year wasn’t as good as I remember ? :( still very nice and pretty girls but last year I talked to lots of girls and this year I talked to only 3 from dz. other houses I talked to 5 at least. lots of girls seemed like they didn’t know what was going on today. what happened ? also I didn’t like gamma phi beta last year but thought they were very put together today and stood out more so i’m hoping for them this year.

I had a different experience and hoping for dz. I waited for this year to rush and observed all the sororities last year to get a better idea if I wanted to be in a sorority. My experience with gpb was they came off intense during recruitment, every girl repeating the same things besides they are known as big partiers. Not the experience I want in college. I want to meet interesting and intelligent people while having fun but not get sloppy.

I am hoping for DZ. They have a strong sisterhood and good reputation. Liked a few of the gbp girls but felt like I would fit in more of the DZ girls. The gbp girls overwhelmed me with their same script. I am an average student and think I would challenge myself by being associated with beautiful smart women. I am looking for a different experience from high school,

Why are you so convinced they are all so smart? They used to be a bunch of cool engineer majors. Now they are a bunch of communications and liberal studies majors just trying to keep their GPA high.
