Middle Tier (in order): Theta Chi, Pi Kappa Phi, Phi Kappa Tau

Bottom Tier (in order): Tau Kappa Epsilon, Delta Chi, FIJI, Phi Kappa Psi

This laughable====To place Sigma Chi in the top Tier is a joke---
They don't belong in the top Tier. The No. l fraternity is Sigma Pi.
Kappa Sigma and Pi Kappa Phi are next. I would put Phi Tau above Pike.
