It depends on how you look at it

Alpha Phi is easy to get into if you're attractive - doesn't matter if you have a bad or weird personality as long as you're pretty enough. But if you're not, hard to get into.

Gamma Phi is easy to get into if you have a really good, fun personality.. looks don't matter much. If you're a pretty face with no personality, this would be hard to get into.

Delta Zeta is hardest to get into because they recruit girls with good personalities and looks to match.

Delta Gamma gets a few DZ type of girls but also have a lot of weirdos slip through the cracks, so pretty easy to get into.

All the sororities here are awesome! Just go where you feel comfortable and they want you.

Alpha Phi probably has the highest return rates, and people really like them in recruitment. DZ is hard to get into because they are random. You just don't know who they are going to want. GPhiB is sort of hard to get into because they are the fun party sorority that fraternities love, and they actually have to drop a lot of girls that they want, because so many people want them. After that it really is where you feel comfortable. Sigma Kappa isn't hard to get into, but they really want the girls they get and same with Tri Delta.
