Who in the sorority decides to give someone a bid or not? Is it te people interviewing you or ?

During formal recruitment the chapter meets at the end of the day to discuss the potential new members that they met with that day. If you make it to preference night you are very likely to receive a bid. If you decide to participate in formal recruitment then this information will be shared at orientation.
