theta chi is not a top house

More than half their members have dropped before this semester started and they are no where near the same tier as Kappa Sigma or even PIKE. One of the worse brotherhoods ever.

This is true. A lot of people "used" to be in this frat. Theyre really easily one of the lower houses this semester

I never understood how potentials thought this house was top house. It never has been. Even Phi Tau is better.

That's true! Their guys that are active are all weirdos now, I always tell new potentials who want to rush to check out Phi Tau or Kap Sig if they want to join a real Fraternity
