Confused as to what top houses are based on in Greek Life. Is it the amount of pledges or on the amount of good looking pledges?

On this site looks are considered to be the most important factor, but away from Greek Rank people also consider: popularity, number of members, social life, involvement and sisterhood/brotherhood.
