On average, how much does it cost to belong to a sorority per academic year?

At least $1000+ with dues, not including stuff you have to pay for during the year

Some sororities are over 2k per semester, some are less than 1k per semester. It will come up as you go through recruitment. It's very cheap compared to other schools.

The payments are spread out. But it is expensive. Still cheaper than most schools , but expensive. I wouldn't ask during recruitment. DG is ridiculously expensive. Some people drop them just because of that. I can tell you that with DG , you do NOT get what you pay for.

The first semester is the most expensive. But after that it is about $130 per month or so. Just avoid DG. They are super expensive.

You'll get this information at orientation night. All sororities have mortgages,insurance costs, taxes, maintenance fees and housekeeping costs to pay for their houses. Then they each have their national and chapter dues too.

You have to take into account your own personal finances so you need to consider that when you are going through recruitment.
