This is all hypothetical, based on current performance and recruitment success:

Delta gamma- they aren't number 1 right now, but they have slowly been getting more involved and recruiting more attractive girls. They did very well last recruitment and if they can do it again they have a chance to become top house
Alpha phi- they've had internal issues for quite a while and recruit year-round due to their high dropout rates. Still going to be a top tier based on looks but will be knocked off the thrown of indefinite top house
Delta zeta- if they were as intense as other houses in their recruitment and involvement they could be 1 or 2, but this is kind of the beauty of this house. They get down to earth girls and have a well-rounded sisterhood while always floating somewhere in the top tier.
Gamma phi/zta- this one had to be a tie. Gamma phi has better fraternity relations and a nicer house, but zta has a better sisterhood and are more involved in Greek events. Attractiveness wise they are about equal, but gphi cleans up reeeeal nice during rush. Both house are sort of on the tip of the iceberg as far as rising or falling
Sigma kappa- they've always kinda stayed in the same spot. They appeal to girls who want to live in a nice sorority house but not have to put it tons of effort like top houses
Tridelt- could switch spots with sk if they put in work. nice girls but seems like they're happy just being
Aopi is bottom bc they're the unconventional house. Lovely ladies tho
