top house for frats either kappa sig/ pi kapp.
pike and sigma pi are close seconds however

for sororities alpha phi and DZ are top
Gama phi and DG are close as tho.

just from my experience with both sororities and frats,

let me know what u guys think.

I joined a sorority and heard girls talk about how hot pi kapp is, and when I finally met the guys the majority of them were just short white guys... what's so hot about that? They're average at best.

I'm sorry but pike is not a top house here. They have good relations with 2-3 good houses but lack in EVERY other department and hav very few members. Sigma Pi is gaining back relevance only because they are trying to be more well rounded in comparison to how they used to be. I still would say they are top but barely, steep drop off after Kapsig and Pikapp

Pike and SigPi both need some work in numbers and douchiness but i think they're both better than kap sig. the old guys are cool but the new guys are creepy and unnattractive.

I'm in Phi Tau and my suitemates are in ZBT and Theta Chi, we all agree with these rankings! Most honest rankings we've seen on the site.
