top house for frats either kappa sig/ pi kapp.
pike and sigma pi are close seconds however
for sororities alpha phi and DZ are top
Gama phi and DG are close as tho.
just from my experience with both sororities and frats,
let me know what u guys think.

I'm sorry but pike is not a top house here. They have good relations with 2-3 good houses but lack in EVERY other department and hav very few members. Sigma Pi is gaining back relevance only because they are trying to be more well rounded in comparison to how they used to be. I still would say they are top but barely, steep drop off after Kapsig and Pikapp

No one in Phi Tau has ZBT and Theta suitemates and they definitely wouldn't agree with this post haha. Think of a better lie next time.
