real deal on frats

What the real deal with the Frats here on CSULB. I'm personally looking for a real brotherhood/active/athletic/event type of Frat from what I've heard Sigma Pi and SAE are the two top that party and have that brotherhood bond ???

these two are the best fraternities, but sig pis brotherhood is way better

In my opinion Sig Pi, Kap Sig, Sigma Chi and Theta Chi are the houses you want to be in. Sigma Chi has gotten their charter like two years ago. I don't know where people got their facts saying they are still a colony.
