just how bad is alpha phi?

One of my roommates is an Alpha Phi and she told me that her sisters are a lot of drama. One day she came to me and said that one of her sisters was talking behind her back and said some stupid things. She tells me that if I want to rush Alpha Phi then I should do it, otherwise if I'm looking for a true sisterhood, she told to look elsewhere. Can someone tell me what's going on with Alpha Phi? I met a few of them and they seem nice. But others warn me that they have a fake personality

Have to agree with the above that you will meet all types of people in a sorority. Try not to be sucked into the stereotypes that are promoted here. Go to the tables, talk to the members and visit their spring events. Good luck.
