sorority quota

What was the quota for sorority rush?? I understand that three
sororities didn't make quota.

That is a HUGE drop from last year when it was 53. Who made the
decision to have RUSH so early?? Cal State Fullerton just finished
Rush and I think their quota was 62. They do have two less sororities
but still----both schools are very similar. Having Rush later would
have helped Long Beach.
