DZ is VERY overrated. I don't understand how they are considered "top". Probably just for academics

Pi kappa alpha isn't overrated, most people agree they suck now.

Pi kappa phi on the other hand, they are a bit overrated and slipping but still a top house.

Both Delta Zeta and Delta Gamma were really popular during rush this year. I don't know why you are saying they are over rated.
