There has been some slight changes in the pecking order but not as much as a few people are saying. After careful consideration, here is how I see it.
Absolute Top : Alpha Phi and Delta Zeta - There is no doubt they are the top two houses. Most people would say Alpha Phi is hotter and DZ is more stable, but it really is a matter of preference.
Definite drop down
Bottom of the Top: Gamma Phi Beta- People can hate and make up rumors all they want. They did okay during rush and they are still a top house.
Big Drop Down
Middle: I will agree that Delta Gamma did okay during rush this time, considering in the past they have been most people's first drop. But by no stretch of the imagination did they pass Gamma Phi or get close the top. They did go from lower middle to solid middle. But one okay pledge class doesn't undo years of being a struggling house.
small drop
Middle: Sigma Kappa. They surprised the heck out of me. They did really well (for them). Good job Snakey K.
Still Developing but strong: AOPi, ZTA and TriDelta. They all did really well.

I really think that Alpha Phi, DZ and Gamma Phi are all tied for top house. It really is a matter of preference.
As our school become more and more academic, GPHiB is becoming less popular because they are one of the least academic houses. But they are still very sought after for people who want the typical California sorority experience.

met some alpha phis PC today. i promise you that any guy would consider them top.
