accurate sorority rankings fall 2016

These ranking are an accurate analysis when it comes down to a sororities involvement, sisterhood, fraternity relations and not so much about the looks. Remember that whichever sorority you choose will be a lifetime commitment. Best of luck PNMs!
1. Delta Zeta: Hands down the most well balanced sorority of the Panhellenic group. They're welcoming to all the fraternities, have an amazing sisterhood, great girls and successful philanthropy. Nationwide their alumni connections are huge and are typically a top house everywhere they have a chapter on campus.
2. Delta Gamma: Just like DZ, DG has a handful of great girls, great sisterhood and are also very welcoming to other fraternities. When it's competition time DG remains successful and continues to attract a lot of quality girls.
3. Alpha Phi: Their philanthropies attract all the fraternities and sororities which is typically not seen. Their sisterhood is decent but not as bad as other sororities make them seem. Alpha Phi is popular nationwide and has always been a top house in other colleges. If they drop the snobbish personalities and involve themselves in more fraternity events besides the ones hosted by the top houses they'll be number 1 in no time.
4. Gamma Phi Beta: Similar to Alpha Phi when it comes to philanthropy, popularity and looks. What hurts them is their huge egos and limited fraternity relations. Overall a top house just like Alpha Phi simply because of their looks.

5. Sigma Kappa: Girls will bash on this sorority because of three reasons. Their house, genuine girls and remaining popular despite others girls critiques. They need to expand on their fraternity relations and remain genuine to rise on the top 3 scale. Competitive girls by nature when it comes to fraternity events just like DG.
6. Tri Delta: Popular sorority in other colleges, has a massive alumni network and good amount of genuine fun girls. What's holding these girls back at this school is their poor fraternity relations and overall presence on campus. If they change this they'll be back to being a top pick for PNMs.
7. Alpha Omicron Pi: But wait how can they not be the bottom house out of all Panhellenic sororities here in LB? Their sisterhood is by far the one of the strongest, their philanthropy does attract a handful of fraternity members despite their tier but most importantly they are the most supportive of all the Greek organizations on campus.
8. Zeta Tau Alpha: Anyone who knows how the Greek system works recognizes that any new organization is bottom house by default. One because they're new, two because they have years to come when establishing what they can and can't do as a sorority, their fraternity relations, etc. Unfortunately what makes matters worse is a handful of ZTA members who constantly gossip about members in other Greek organizations thus ruining relations and have had their "sorority girl status" get to their head despite only being initiated for less than a year. Lastly internal problems within ZTA has hurt their growth and sisterhood for instance such as their first President dropping out in less than a year of term. Definitely not a good start for these girls. If you want to feel like you're building something from the ground up then ZTA might be for you even though you can do that for other sororities.

I am actually going through rush right now and I would say this how both myself and many of my other friends rushing view the sororities. After Day 1, everyone wanted DZ and DG even though A Phi had the reputation of being top house. I'm not saying that girls didn't like A Phi but that the other two were pretty much everyone's top. My list was DZ, DG, Aphi, Gphi, SK as top and then Tri Delta, AOP, and ZTA.
