Since SAE's initiate within 72 hrs of bidding all of the members
of SAE were initiated---No PLEDGES. You cannot join another NIC
fraternity once initiated unless you have been dismissed by your National.
If they were still pledges then they could join another fraternity
immediately. When a charter has been revoked usually all members are placed on Alumni Status.

What he said is true, but most of the members have been dismissed by nationals. They were apparently so fed up with them that they revoked nearly the entire chapters membership. They can apply to be alum initiates probably, but my guess it's that would be later down the line. The newer guys will probably rush another frat this fall.
