i want to join aka

I go to a commuter school and the sororities here suck/ are a joke. I want to transfer and I also want to pledge is there an age limit or a class cut off like you can't be in your 3rd year but technically if I transfer I'm in my 1st year lol ?

Any thoughts or answers
