too bad sigma chi has douches amongst them
by: GreekI've known many Sig Chi's throughout my entire college years and can say that this chapter here at Long Beach is crumbling. Yeah there are plenty of pretty chill guys in this house, but they have a lot of complete nerds and douches who think they're "frat". Before I didn't know how they got to what they are today, but after talking to the President and looking at who comes to there house. The president is just in it for the title, he doesn't have a vision for improving the chapter. The same sorority girls hang around them I honestly I think they are pretty rude by the way they treat other people. Sigma Chi is one of the greatest fraternities overall. It's a shame that this chapter has gone to waste

I've talked to an alumni of theirs and he was a Sig Chi in the 1980s. He said that they shouldn't have bought the house that they currently live in because of the lack of parking. He said they just bought the house for nostalgic purposes instead of looking at the big picture. He was part of the committee that determined the funding for the housing. They've had a $1 million dollar budget in which they could've bought a nicer house that was bigger and had parking. But the committee was dumb enough to buy the house that they have now. I heard one sig chi also got his car side-swiped because it was parked on the street. I was going to rush them but Sig Chi doesn't see the big picture.
