pi kapp under radar

Can we just talk about how good Pi Kapp has maintained this false image of being top house and being a strong house? But really, if you look, they are suffering and they are dropping below a lot of fraternities in status. IDK. Just a lot of fraternities are stepping it up, and Pi Kapp is just cruising and slowing down. What do you think?

They haven't been doing really much. They are just a fraternity that's kinda there. In other words they are becoming like the Tri Delt of Fraternities. Their current and previous pledge class had been underwhelming

as a member of kap sig, I know for a fact that pi kap is also up there. Obv I think we're top but every frat thinks that way about themselves but they aren't going down either so whoever wrote this is either a sig chi troll or a hater and needs to chill out haha.
