They are cool women who don't take life seriously and enjoy their college time. I love partying with these girls and I'm in a different sorority. They will always be among the top picks during rush because they give off a fun vibe. Fraternities will always love them, because they are cool.

They are suffering membership wise and even the members they do have are becoming heavier and less attractive every semester. Gphi glory days are over. They use their instagram to showcase about 10 cute girls and hide the rest in hopes that you won't notice them during recruitment.
