Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 4.4 Popular recruitment pick. Definitely #1 house. Strong sisterhood, academics, and well liked on campus. They are respected and a classy group of women. There's a reason they have a low drop out rate. Love how supportive and protective they are of their sisters. I am in another sorority and friends with many of the girls.

Popular recruitment pick. Definitely #1 house. Strong sisterhood, academics, and well liked on campus. They are respected and a classy group of women. There's a reason they have a low drop out rate. Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 3.8 There is absolutely no doubt they are cemented as a top house, but they aren't the top house. I would put them at number two or three. It really depends on what you are looking for. Fraternities love them and always have them as a top pick for events. They have a mixed bag of good looking and average looking, and a lot of them are engineering and biotech majors. If you like them, and can get in, it is one of the better houses here.

Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 4.8 This is what I would consider a top house. You never really hear anything bad about these girls beyond the fact that they don't have great attendance. They keep it classy but fun, they're definitely a fraternity favorite for exchanges. Known to be academic, solid philanthropy, strong sisterhood, don't win much competition wise but last semester they did better. Plenty of good-looking hot girls who have personality to match. This is what I would consider a top house. You never really hear anything bad about these girls beyond the fact that they don't have great attendance.
