My sorority was lucky to own our house, but many GLOs (Greek Letter Organizations) do not so they're paying off a mortgage. Add to it the required insurance, maintenance, salary/benefits for a house mom if you have to have one, taxes, plus those national dues...yeah I can see why their dues are expensive.

Delta Gamma - ΔΓ Sorority at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 3.0 They were lower mid when I got to this school and they have moved up to solid mid. Mostly because tridelt used to be their major competition and tridelt has pretty much fallen off the map. They are filled with real go getters, so if chill is your thing this probably isn't the group for you. Overall, they are okay.

Delta Gamma - ΔΓ Sorority at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 3.2 This is our solid middle house. They have a strong history here. Looks wise they are a mixed group and you get the whole spectrum. Personality wise, they are usually really nice, but there is something about them that they just try way too hard. Overall middle.
