They still are, but like all sororities and human begins, they do need to work on somethings. They are generally "chill and love to party." They could work on focusing on other ways to develop as a sorority. Overall they are really good, and if you like them, join. If you don't, then don't.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 2.4 Real answer: Yes they do party, their sisterhood sucks though. They have so much inner drama, and a super divided house. A good amount of the greek system sees them as the mean, fake girls on campus.
