It is due to the International Executive Board's policies that Alpha Phi members are "model gorgeous." The IEB's decision to prioritize physical appearance over character has seen an increase in negative behavior in members. Alpha Phi alumni are appalled by the IEB's priorities when it comes to recruiting policies.
