Alpha Phi is a great sorority here at Long Beach State, but dang girls, diversify your look already. Every single girl on insta has long straight or wavy hair with no bangs. Doesn't anybody get a sassy do in your sorority? Mix it up already. Don''t be so predictable.

So most of the individuals are actually really genuine and sweet. When you really look at them individually they aren't all that pretty.They are sort of the hot with an awkward face and sort of butterfaceish at least some of them.They do have a hot collective vibe and the insta is really hot.I suspect they wear hair extensions cause I never seen a single one without really long hair.In general a very respected sorority here at tTeh Beach.

Have heard horror stories about girls going through recruitment and have been treated so poorly at their house. Not directly but very fake/wanting to end the convo because the girl clearly did not fit their look. Sad, hope this improves.

from what I’ve seen they hardly have any diversity. if anything only a handful of girls who are not white. my friend rushed a few years ago and said she felt uncomfortable because she didn’t “fit the look” and it was hard to keep a conversation going.

This group of girls is AMAZING. From my experience, they are all super sweet and down to earth. Sisterhood is strong, they all stand together and support each other. They seem super fun and social but they balance out their academics extremely well. Overall, highly respected sorority and easily the best sorority to be in on campus; they’re top house for a reason!
