Theta Chi has NEVER been the TOP fraternity at Long Beach. The TOP THREE have been Sigma Pi Kappa Sigma Pi Kappa Phi. There was a TOP four but SAE is gone.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 5.0 Sorry to the haters- pikapp is THE top house at lb. in terms of numbers(members), in terms of looks(not all but overall average of the house), philanthropy, sports, relations, parties- you name it, they have it. They might not be the top in every category- but more well rounded than any other frat- except maybe kapsig(arguable). They really do need a bigger house for how large this chapter is- but location wise it's probably the nicest at lb(except maybe for sig chi)

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 4.2 This is honestly the best house at CSULB people lie in these ranking because the 2 best fraternities at this school are at the bottom but I would definitely say off of people I've met in this fraternity and seeing them around definitely worth rushing this fraternity!
