Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 2.8 Not a bad group of guys. I rushed them and they seemed like a pretty genuine group of bros. There are definitely douchers though. Their house is alright, main reason I turned away.

It's 8 side by side apartments actually, they own the whole building. Which gives them the biggest house on campus, having the most square feet.
