Def top house at CSULB with the friendliest guys who know how to party! one thing I can say for sure is that they know how to go tf off while still remaining safe and careful with their guests! the guys will make you feel very welcomed and share all that they have with you, they’ll even buy you food and an uber home if necessary expecting nothing in return! I just think they need to work on getting a new main house because they have this annoying guy that lives at Bellflower that isn’t even in pi kapp (alex I think his name is?) If they kick him out then maybe it’ll be better though!
