I'd agree with one of the comments below, definitely the top of the middle tier. if they work on their involvement and a few other things there's no reason they wouldn't be top tiered

some of these girls are really sweet but overall they are overrated and dont really make you feel like you are really welcomed. they win stuff but dont have that many exchanges and only hang out with certain fraternities.

Love them to death!!! Very fun and just because they are small it makes for a more intimate relationship with each of the brothers. I know each one of them personally and think they are amazing gentlemen.

Won awards for highest GPA. Won SAE softball this year, and won second place is powder puff football. Very organized, well rounded group of girls. All drop dead gorgeous with a great personality to match. Before judging maybe you should GET TO KNOW THEM first. All you haters would be completely surprised. Half of my best friends are in this sorority, most of them with long lasting relationships as well.. (worthy of bring home to parents boys). Girls will hate but GPHIB will always be top.
