This is a good solid house but the well known notion that they really just try way too hard is defiantly true. Classy? Give it up - this is CSULB- nobody is classy. They are a solid middle tier house with a whole lot of legacies which can work for or against you. I think it is nice that they have a lot of legacies. They have a pretty strong sisterhood, but all the sororities have some issues - that is life. Overall, if you like this house then join - they are fine. If you don't, then don't.

not a "self ranker" just a major fan, because I know a couple of these fab girls and they are super into fashion and sewing their own clothes and bags. they are super fashion forward and outta the box thinkers.

So it may look like self ranky but it's not. I'm just a voice of reason. Are these girls "popular?" Yes. Do they have a few issues? Yes. But every group does, that is life. I like that they are social, and "chill," but they spend some time working other things.They are steeped in CSULB tradition and have a beautiful house, but are not perfect. If you like them, then join. If you don't, then don't. Everything is going to be just fine.
